Courtney Baldridge, with over thirty years of work in the aging, public affairs and political world, has developed an expertise in key stakeholder collaboration focused on high impact aging and health related programs and services for non-profits and the business community. Courtney’s experience ranges from working in the “trenches” running a community based non-profit providing in-home services to the most at-risk older population, to developing national communications campaigns at AARP, to working with the nation’s premier industry experts developing programs and services targeting the aging and disability populations requiring new strategies and interventions for better health outcomes.

Currently, Courtney is a consultant and directs USAging’s (formerly the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging’s, n4a) corporate programs developing partnerships and identifying innovative and effective business opportunities that deliver meaningful services to the nation’s older population. In 2012, Courtney led a team that developed the Diabetes Care Center program model, winning the 2012 Sanofi Data Design Diabetes Challenge. Courtney has worked with USAging and America’s leading companies to develop effective service models to help the aging network meet the needs of payors in the integrated care space; drive national partnerships and campaigns on issues relevant to the aging population like Medicare education & consumer benefit awareness, COVID education and equity outreach; and develop direct to consumer lines of business to diversify funding streams for the aging network. 

Courtney also serves on the Strategic Advisory Council of The Gravity Project.
